  • A BodyTalk session will usually go from 30 to 60 minutes. The duration of the session is not indicative of the quality of the session. The reason is because it is your innate wisdom that is dictating the session so you will get what you need during each session. It is your innate wisdom that dictates when the session is finished and when you need to come for a follow-up session.

  • On initial visit, you will fill out a client intake form where details of yourself and your health concerns are listed.

    I will then go through and discuss these with you.

    You will then lie on a massage table and get as comfortable and relaxed as possible. If this does not work for you, you can stay seated in a chair. I will be positioned at your side. My first contact will be gentle connection with your abdomen to establish presence and facilitates entering the ‘zone’ of the BodyTalk System. I will then use your arm to establish YES/NO biofeedback. I then use the BodyTalk protocols and procedures to determine the priority in the body, any further details and any required links. Once the formula is confirmed, the tapping as explained takes place which synchronizes the formula. Once that formula is no longer a priority and the mind/body complex has downloaded it, I move onto reveal the next formula in the same manner.

  • BodyTalk amplifies the brains focus to specific parts of the body, thus increasing blood supply, lymph flow, nerve flow, energy flow, immune response and tissue repair. This amplification of focus enables the brain to attune to the very specific needs of the body to greatly accelerate the healing process in performance and rehabilitation settings.
